When owners call us.
If any of these sound familiar, it's time to get the books in order.
- The records are a year or more behind and filing deadlines are coming.
- The bank or a funding agency has asked for financial statements.
- An audit is scheduled and the files aren't ready.
- You're moving from paper or spreadsheets into QuickBooks.
- You want a clear monthly picture instead of guessing from the bank balance.
Questions owners ask
If yours isn't here, ask us directly. We answer plainly.
Can you catch up several years of missing books?
Yes. We work through each year in order from bank and credit union statements, receipts and invoices, and tell you in writing about anything that can't be supported.
Do I need to use QuickBooks?
We work in QuickBooks and can set it up for you. If you already use other software, tell us what it is and we'll confirm whether we can work in it.
How do I send you my records?
By email, WhatsApp or a shared folder, whichever is easiest. Statements, receipts and invoices are all we need to start.
How are fees set?
After a short scoping conversation you receive a fixed fee in writing for the work agreed. Ongoing monthly bookkeeping can be billed as a monthly fee.
